Hello Dr. Scherer. There are no available sale reps. I called Zest two times. No one got back to me. I bought the guided kit a year ago. I can't use it because my software SICAT does not have your sleeve system information for them to design the surgical guide. Zest needs to provide SICAT the info so the users can use Zest system. SICAT is used by Sirona, which is one of the largest company. I can't understand how this can happen. Please help.

Dentist Sarah Jockin on my permanent dentures left the black processing cap in them as I never got the final connector i.e.the red connector cap.*didn't know! And they came out of the denture on day four of wearing! The dentist did nothing about that either and said it would cost me another $250 for each of the two (Which I didn't bother because she wasn't going to replace the dentures which they didn't fit no how!) Furthermore and for the worst part in my horrible experience the dentures were too big in every aspect including the actual teeth size, the quality was nothing better than the temporary set. And again the black processing cap was left to be the final. I was played as a stupid person! I WAS DUMB for I didn't know any better. Though, I did complain for the reason the dentures looked so cheap they looked very fake and I had paid for the highest quality of the 4 choices I was given. Where the highest quality looked so realistic no one would have been able to tell they were dentures. The worst or worst was I was left with dentures that didn't provide me any function and I had this loan of $9800 to pay for. I have not been able to find a lawyer to take the case and the report made to the dental association has done nothing to help me. In fact she is still in practice!! She has you tubes and many other ads on the Internet combined with tv infomercials. I WAS SO DISTRAUGHT OVER MY FAILING DENTAL HEALTH THAT I FELL FOR HER SLIMY TACTICS WHERE HER TALENTS LIE IN THE ART OF DECEPTION. 😭😩 In all of this it has so far taken away 3 yrs of my life where I have kept to myself not eating with family or friends due to the fact at 50+ yrs old I look like 90 without any teeth I now have Condylar resorption where I believe the gum disease was left untreated when she, Sarah Jockin told me the removing of all my teeth took care of that. And now I have COPD and CAD. Time spent alone has given way for me to research and learn. What I am learning is my blood differentials are giving strong evidence where I believe all of this stems from the maltreatment given by the service of dentists. Sarah Jockin. I have finally been able to secure yet another loan which is not going to solve my health problems that have arised out of this. but hopefully by next Wednesday I will have a set of dentures that are functional At a cost of another $3,800. I have no implants for the top dentures. I only have two on the bottom. very close together up front. I am sharing this information so that hopefully others will be more aware and very vigilant And their Dental Care and more. so please do your research on the dentist that you obtain. there are many crooks out there and people that just don't care. I am not a person who is vain and shallow. But I can tell you this. it is very belittling. when you have no teeth it just is. people are very judgmental and when you first meet somebody the face is what you notice and right there is your teeth. people do judge on teeth. they just do what's natural and when you have none it's really horrible. the effects are more than you know. unless you've suffered through it yourself. I don't care how old a person is. it's just belittling. nobody likes it more so it's your mouth. your dental health is a beginning and the root in your health in every aspect. it's how you gain your nutrition and whatever's in your mouth ends in your blood and it circulates throughout your entire body. Dental Care is the utmost important. don't forget it and it does affect your mental health as well. I don't want to be the poster child of what lack of dental care does but I sure can be maybe I should be. maybe that's what would help children to take better care of their teeth!! 😭🙏🙌✌️

Doctor!!! I did it!! By myself!! I found the items on Amazon and followed your video. It went exactly as you explained. I can’t thank you enough. For whatever reason, those little caps weren’t lasting but a couple of weeks. I’d have to go into the dental office for them to replace them at a cost of $140 per side. I use the clear plastic for tighter hold, but it’s not lasting. This saved me money. Thank you!!!

When I fabricate a stent I remove any undercuts in the denture run up a stone model,invest it in a flask .Then I put putty over the denture and fill the upper half with a half and half mixture.After the stone has hardened open the flask remove the denture and you have a perfect mold for fabricating a stent.

Can I buy one of these tools because I’m getting the snap in dentures in November and I don’t want to go to the dentist every six top twelve months to get them changed for $1300 and I’d rather get the all in .4 done is there less maintenance on the all in 4 vs the snap in dentures?

Looks like the sleeves on the drills are stationery, so your initial drill orientation could be a bit off course before you get the sleeve into the tube inside the guide. Any talk of sleeves that slide up and down the drill in the future?

This video was informative however what I am interested in learning is the dual retention piece. What is the best solution on cleaning them?

I just got my overdenture for my implants, I have cleaned the female and male parts very thoroughly, but they fall out when eating. again I have cleaned every bit of food out. also the overdenture has made 2 gouges on the gums that bleed. they are extremely painful to wear and chew food. I think they are too big.
