1970's started that single headed concert tom dry sound like kiss Keith moon etc Phil Collins still use big kit single headed concert toms

Nice work Daniel. Everyone forgot to mention the kick...that thing is SLAMMING! What was your set up for the bass drum? I can see it's a Vistalite, but what sizes, heads and mic setup were you using? Cheers!

Thanks a lot! The kick is indeed an old Vistalite, batter head is a Remo Powerstroke 3. I have two of those kicks, one without a resonant head and another with a ported clear ambassador, can't unfortunately remember which one I used here. IIRC the mic is an AKG D112, but now that I listen to how much high frequency "click" it has it can also be an Audix D6. Cheers!

the hook was borrowed from the first movement of dvoraks ninth symphony- maybe youll like that too. the drumming is less spunky in that version though xD

Thank you!! All the specs I know are under the video. The drums are by "Aria", not very high quality but made in Japan in the late 70's I guess. Sizes are 6" through 16"

Daniel Hjerppe Hi Daniel, I’ve got a premier concert tom kit. 8.10,12,15,16 & 18. The high 2 toms are easier to tune but the lower 4 not so much. Do you tune yours high to get that ‘attack’? Cheers
