If I am deficient in Vitamin D3 , Vitamin K2-M7 , Magnesium, boron and I consume 60 grams milk powder daily in room temperature water for 20 gram protein but I do also get high amount of calcium so Is there any risk of calcification in any of my body parts especially Arteries in future?

Firstly, milk powder won't dissolve in room temperature water. Remember milk powder is high in sodium, so if you have high blood pressure, then avoid. Otherwise it is okay to take few days a week.

The moment we eat lean mutton the urea goes up. Also nuts and seeds should be avoided as per our doctor. Even dairy products are to be taken in limitations

Summary i understood: Good food: 1. High energy, high carbohydrates food: rice, chapati, dhaal. Instead of 3 meals, try have 4 meals. 2. High proteins: beans, pulse, different types of beans. Lean meat. Mixed nuts, one fist full everyday. Use less oil. 3. Good fat: can use little ghee to add into rice and chapati. For oil, you can use coconut oil or sesame oil sparingly. 4. Fruits and vegetables: eat variety of fruits and vegetables every day. Guava, apple, orange, carrot. Can have juice of vegetables (beetroot, tomato), mix with fruit for taste. 5. Drink lots (1.8~2L) of water. Helps bad toxin waste from antibiotics out of the body. Bad food: Processed food, oily fried food, crackers, biscuits, and most snacks, sweets, sweet fruit juices. All these have preservatives, which is harmful.
