@runningremingtons The differences between mcculloch kart engines include age, displacement, intake size, exhaust port style, main bearing type, and compression ratio. I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting as well.

​@franksanbower8258 Ok If they're tuned properly, cold starts should be no problem. The most common hard start issue IMO is the ignition points. They need to be perfect, and when they are, starting is a breeze.

Spring is moving on idle which means your clutch springs are fucked you need to replace them for better idle and use heat that ringing inside of it as well everytime it clicks?
