Just finished rewatching the season again and its def still the best. Idk if they can get any better participants than have already competed at this point. One thing is for sure, though, Roland, you are the best. Total badass. The emulation of the man in the minds of every child who dreamed of living in another time. I could never tire hearing these stories. I've heard you talk about having written a book prior to Alone and potentially adding an Alone chapter. Have you published it? If so, where can I find it?

Excellent Video, I read your book, it was extremely informative, It would be awesome to see some trapping videos, fur handling... The book helped me expand on my trapping in Northern NY (Adirondacks) and I appreciate the material. Very good job and easy to read and understand.

Nice haul! Looks like scaber stalks (Leccinum genus). And I think I spotted one in the bushes that escaped. I'm having a sheath made with the low ride belt loop and a thigh strap, like on your Alone knife. I'm glad to see those features made it on to your Case knife sheath.
