The drain on that washer may not meet code. It isn't vented, it's an s-trap, and the trap arm is short none of which meets code in most locations in USA, which is just a guess from your accent.

I realize that you didn't design that kitchen, but the fridge is in a bad spot. The freezer door will block the stove/oven, and get warmed by it. The fridge door will block the entrance.

Great info, thanks! Does this mean when the manufacturer labels the cabinet as 36", and I don't use those spacer strips, I would only need 30" of space, which is the actual measurement of the cabinet? I hope that makes sense. Thank you for the help.
