I just take the sticker off quickly and remount. If it doesn't stay add a liitle Aleene's Stick & Restick or her Tack It Over & over glue.

I feel so sorry for you, as I get those cramps in my legs and hands they are very painful drinking Gatorade seems to help me

Thank you for watching my video will try the gator ade one of the nurses said I might be drinking too much water and depleting my minerals so gator ade might be helpful
