I came across your channel because you have one of the few covers of Dylan’s Diamond Joe from Good as I been to you, and that is one of my favorite guitar performances of all time, as well as being an incredible song. I saw how old that video was and realized we were probably about the same age, and were playing that song at the same time. That video is very sweet, to see that young person just feeling their way into their voice, and the guitar playing is quite good. Then I checked your channel, and saw you’ve been posting Dylan songs for a decade as you progressed. Something about it touched me deeply, it’s good to know I wasn’t alone. I hope you are well.

I know full well I'm going to get a load of abuse for this 😂 but I actually prefer this to the original. While I've always appreciated Dylan and his great talent as a lyricist and a writer I absolutely can't stand him as a singer 😅 Exactly the same reason I prefer other versions of All Along The Watchtower

Great job Sofi... I hope you have a long career ahead of you. Certainly going with a Dylan cover can't hurt. Great choice of song too. I know this song very well and have played it myself, many times. I am working on originals (have for more years than I care to admit... lol) Keep up the good work. I will add this to my favorites and will look for your original song.

I’m listening to this one. While I’m riding from Louisiana to Houston. Randomly, unknown who’s this angel that singing, nor the reason why I’m listening to this song right now, but.. I can see those stars on the darkest night on the roadway, and I can feel peace and longing to my old me. Thank you 💙

This is one of my favourite songs, and this is one of my favourite cover versions, even after all of the years and so many others. To me, Bob Dylan (of whoever writes his music …he couldn’t have written all of these himself, could he?) has a way of making me feel many things all at once, experience different times, the future and the past, things that have happened to me and things that have happened to others, all with a mix of longing and acceptance. This song is always more of an experience than just music for me, and you capture all of this so well without taking it too seriously. I hope you are able to keep using your gifts all these years later!
