Só beautiful... The song and the film are unforgettable. I saw this film in 1972 when I was 17. Next month I'm going to 67 and the memories are still alive in my heart.

We're the same age, and I also saw it in the theater in 1972. It had a deep impact on me; so beautiful, and of course I -- being a teenager -- felt misunderstood by my parents and out of place in the world, so I identified with Francis.

I started to listen and read about Louise Hay and the Principles She so beautiful share. I am grateful to start with the possibility of a grain of sand every day and today with this song. When I say Brother to the Sun, the light inside me feel getting warmer and warmer. Es un doctor magnífico un ser humano maravilloso. Siempre lo tengo en mi corazón, agradezco a Dios por ponerlo en mi camino. Un accidente cambió mi vida. Pero usted me devolvió la oportunidad de volver a caminar. No importa el dolor o todo lo que debí pasar a mis 9 años. Por que no solo fue mi doctor, fue como un papá, que me cuido y me regaña a. Pero que hoy me ayudó ser una mujer que pudo subir cerros, saltar, hacer todo lo que otros nadie creyó lo lograría. Que Dios bendiga su camino.

Am i getting this wrong or he is a pantheist / panentheist? I mean. He is refering to his connection to the rest of the cosmos (nature, the moon etc). And he sing and i quote: "I am gods creature, OF HIM AM I PART". Seems like he is saying that he is a part of god, and not of gods creation.

He's part of the creation of God, and all the creation of God is part of Him. That's why we are create similars to God, because we are part of Him, but we are a free part, individuals that can chose go with him or not.

Our destiny of creation is to become vessels of the love and Holiness of God. But holiness cannot dwell with darkness. Why? Because there would be not room. Joy could not fit. Cast out the darkness and then the light of Christ can fill you. This is your destiny if you chose it. To feel the love of God flowing thru you like a mighty river of living water is life's greatest joy. To experience it for just 5 minutes would change you forever. and you would sell all that you have to keep it rather than giving it away. Saint Francis experienced this once and then spent the rest of his life trying to tell and show people what it was like.

This is the picture given at the end of the Revelation. The new heavens and earth are here and now. This is the truth, the entire "system" has tried to keep us from. @@joannapeters4738 Dear Joanna, what I mean by "the Matrix" is any religion or system whatsoever, that can't show us how to or demonstrates themselves, the love of God for every living soul on the planet, including "our enemies" as Christ taught. This is what happened to Saint Francis, he was filled with Christ, and to be filled with Christ is to love all. Brother Lee
