looking at the progress of the development of bss at sendayan, very very doubtful u ll become d top 10 developer in msia in 5 years' time....so many empty houses, houses, houses n empty shoplots, d xtreme park is a total failure, d shower rooms at d clubhouse is so limited, d food quality at d clubhouse sucks....d japanese buffet there is d worst ever, no sashimi at all n charge is 68rm, house quality...just look at d complaints on fb...water leaking, leaking n leaking...n their sales agent fr gs r d worst ever...no knowledge, unprofessional and full of lies...n d mosque is super big n just next to the green park...can't u hv a more neutrally located green park or mosque, this township sucks vs s2....totally disgraceful....hospital may not even materialize, what's more d icon park....
