Very nice. Now add the community spaces in the complex, show more of the places people might visit regularly (coffee, bakery, Daiso, library, grocery stores, etc.), and the other great stuff within a three minute walk.

Thank you for showing *two* floor plans. I'd love to see an updated tour, with the community areas, laundry rooms, gym, etc. I'd like to see a unit with a balcony as well.

We have gone through five managers and ended up with the loser, which explains why tenant signed a petition to have her remove when first hired?? The cops are always called, hallways smells of human feces, homelessness camps in front of door entrance to which there are two transitional housing yards away. Dave Bell is definitely "Not the glue that holds things together here @ Arrowhead Gardens and things are definitely Not the positive characteristics described by the new manager. Many residents of color feel Dave and his cohorts are very racist in his actions and words directed at them. His wife, Pam tried unsuccessfully and desperately to counter and undo the negativism Dave projected. The new manager, Jackie no doubt has to express a positive view of this property and the management, and has likely gotten most of her information from Pam, the manager, who often forgets what she has set out to do, and tries to put out fires caused by Dave. No doubt, many of the long-time residents have endeared themselves to and have been endeared by the managers. They retired under pressure from many of the unhappy residents living here. Many long-term residents are happy here who've established rapport with Dave & Pam Bell, the mangers here for almost 10 years, as well those who have volunteer positions and get special treatment; however, many long-term residents are Not happy here as well. Since the new manager, Jackie started, the hot water has gone out every other week and often every other day, since perhaps, January 2022; the elevators breakdown repeatedly and the garage gate has been out of commission numerous times for months at a time, and once any of these are fixed, they repeatedly breakdown again. The garage gate is currently not operational, the office is closed on Saturdays until further notice, there is no one to contact or available, no number provided to the company that maintains the garage gate. It feels like you are in a prison when unable to get out of the garage and you need to go shopping, to doctor appoints or otherwise run personal errands, and this doesn't get addressed immediately, i.e., on the weekends and when the office is closed, which there is no advance notice of the closures. Many residents are on walkers or in wheelchairs and cannot use the stairs, which there are six floors in at least three buildings. The water in the courtyard behind buildings C & D is mucky, attracts flies, mosquitoes and other insects, and there is a strong stench. Homeless non-residents access the property regularly, and when these incidents are reported, nothing gets done or at least nothing gets done immediately - currently nor in the past - no follow-up. Management wants documentation, therefore putting the residents reporting these infractions in jeopardy of their safety and relationships with the other residents. There's constant vehicle traffic jam and congestion, due to visitors, non-visitors and delivery vehicles along with those of the residents. There's smoking on the premises, which, this is a no smoking community. Jackie has inherited a colossal problem, she has tried, which has no doubt been overwhelming for her because she can only do what SHAG Corporate, and the property owner will allow, which is primarily meant to keep up appearances.
