With the optic rail mount that is standard to the mp5 and clones, co-witness will be a bit difficult due to the height of the rail, unless you get a reflex style optic that sits low enough to co-witness with the sights. Also co-witness wouldn't be such a good idea because of the bulky front and rear sight thats on the mp5 and clone variants, it will obstruct your view. If you decide to run an optic, don't be to concerned about co-witnessing. Optics are made to make shooting easier just by lining up the dot with the target instead of lining up the rear sight, dot and then the front sight.

The Magpul selector switch is for 9mm MP5 clones. Switch feels good and you have options for ambidextrous controls.

@@royalflush8113 lighter recoil spring makes the snappy forward motion of the slide less noticeable and reduces the dipping of the pistol, making the pistol easier to get back on target.

@palumbo78 both are good, and I'm sure will look great with either one. In regards to the standard optic rail mount, its really not that difficult if you place the rail first, slip in the anchor, then place your screws to secure.

Yes, it fits Century arms, mac-5 and zenith 9mm clones.

Staccato grip and magazine release just fits directly to the pistol. No modifications needed.

Simple punch tool will work.

Have you loosened the tiny screw underneath the back plate adapter? If you have already done that step, hold the lower and upper assembly together and slip the adapter on to the firearm. If you're still having issues, have a gun smith install it for you.

Does not require any forms.

Works with 9mm platform only.

@@johnroper3077 thanks for your input. The video was more directed towards people having issues getting the adapter on the firearm due to tight fitting on some clone models. The brace is equipped with 1 tiny socket type screw on the bottom side of the adapter that can be tightly secured ones you are satisfied with your installation.

@@jadetemplo There's the single set screw that adjusts the brace's position tension, and if removed will allow it to separate from the end cap altogether. Then there are two smaller ones that tighten to secure the end cap to the trigger housing. I forget the exact sizes but both of my HKPDW braces come with the two required Allen wrenches needed from SB Tactical. How you have no idea what these are is beyond me, but maybe some only have a single brace adjustment screw I'm unaware of.

@coolmjr no it won't fit. I think the only option you would have for a brace would be the side folding kind.
