This is such an important video. I try to keep my Speedster clean, and it’s definitely due to be taken apart and given a once over! (And I’ve named it Pee-Wee!)

Hi I need to bye some niddles pls help me to bye some
I think this is a great idea. Part of the reason I’m looking at a CSM is that I’m recovering from surgery for CMC joint arthritis, so anything that helps with ergonomics is welcome.

What problem are you having and which machine do you have? I think if we could get that, we could help:)
@diannefitzmaurice981310 ай бұрын
Of course just changing it for a different color asumes everything else is equal. It would be good to know what adjustments are needed if the actual yarn is not the same in thickness or weight , and how this affects the adjustments for cylinder stitch tension and especially ribber (stitch) tension as well.
@TheErlbacherKnittingMachine10 ай бұрын
Here is the video that talks about tension:) kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZ3aXqKtlsufY6csi=oirf-ZIUiCr1oVKn

Can there been knitted yarn on the machine with a required normal knitting needle strength of 8mm? What is so far the maximum yarn thickness you know can be knitted without damaging any parts of the machine? Thank you a lot.

Thank you for showing this! I have been changing my yarn this way but second guessed myself when others said to use the Russian splice. I find this sooo much easier and so far I haven’t had any socks unravel. So I’m sticking with this!
