Cool energetic guitar lick. Love how you perform this guitar lick at its normal tempo and then repeat it at a slower tempo that makes it easier for us to see and hear. Excellent work!

For some reason i feel like my high strings are louder than the low ones on the melody

High strings tend to be louder than bass strings. I would focus on slow playing and bringing the bass note out louder. As far as bpm, it’s really up to you. It can be played at different tempos

When my flamenco instructor challenged me to play Malagueña, I began to listen to the various version and thought that my mind was blown. However I heard Ana Vidovic play Asturias and that was my mind blown moment and of course Robert Lunn has it in his teaching material. Thank you Robert for producing Asturias. I've been so blessed by your courses.

So I'm ready for you to do the Godfather 4 soundtrack.
Can you comment on letting your thumb play all the way to the e and b strings? Classically those would be with index and middle, right? Is this a do what works thing or am I being to rigid in following classic technique. Appreciate your thoughts and really enjoy your content.

I am glad you are enjoying! A month ago I saw a video of a classical guitarist doing scales alternating the thumb and fingers. He had great technique and it was very fluid sounding. I have been experimenting with that. As far as technique, personally, I see technique rules to be more like guidelines. It’s difficult to be ridged about rules when there are so many different body types, long/short arms, thin/thick fingers. Etc. you do what works
