I know, I actually know the person I trained the voice from and got his approval for this (He is not American and that could also make pronunciations a little weird). Actually this video wasn't supposed to exist to begin with, but I made it because I couldn't think of other way to properly communicate to everyone who watches the series that the documents were out (Since a couple of months ago, actually) and wanted to make it more accesible, because reading a technical document it's sometimes a little bit boring (I also got the chance to gnome some people but that is besides the point)

Also I did find the document more engaging to read. You did a great job imitating the style of print used in this kind of documentation, and the bolded names and terms made it easy for me to go back for reference when I needed to refresh myself on different names. Also helpful for rewatching the first three tapes.

Sorry if the context is a little off, it's a reply I did on a different comment: Well, it's a little more complex than that, the original voice actor is not american (Although he spent most of his years there) and nowadays he is an "older" gentleman, we were in talks to incorporate him into a Valle Verde (Live action) movie (If our economy ever fixes and I can finance that in the future). I guess this is spoilers, but there are lots of things that happen after the end of the experiments and the movie is about that, so I asked him if I could train a voice with his old tapes and he was super on board with it, so essentially it's a voice based on an actor that I know and trust here in Argentina. Unfortunately, since I live far away, and I don't interact with many american people, I don't (Personally) know any american (Or English) voice actor, although the choice was more so based on the actor that will play the role of an older Robert in the movie. I don't think I have the money to hire one though, long as it seems, the Patreon Supporters list is based on everyone who ever donated since the beginning of Valle Verde two years ago, rather than a current list of supporters. The actual, current list is way shorter than that, it's not easy to finance a free passion project with pesos, I'll tell you that. I understand the disdain for AI and I gurantee you that no image or video was ever generated with AI for Valle Verde. If you feel like this particular video is not of your liking, please tell me your Patreon username and I will send your money back.

@@-Alluvium- You don't need to have money to get voice actors. There's plenty of communities for people learning how to voice act or finding projects to voice in, especially people that will do it for free so they can get the experience they need (or are doing it as a hobby so it's more about finding projects they find interesting). If you're upfront about it being unpaid, most actors completely understand. There's a lot of discords dedicated to helping voice actors find projects looking for voices. The Voice Acting Club is the first community I can think of and has a guide on how to treat actors in a unpaid project. If you research and ask around, you'll find places and people who are more than willing to help you out.
