I like their idea, I don't like their execution. Also, charging extra for 4K is stupid. This is 2024. I know 4K files are large, but if they're doing everything through Google Drive, they're not really affected by it at all.

You will still get good signal if your internet speed is good it's just a cable is more reliable compared to wireless

I do not recommend this product. I bought two and both have the same problem. This is a product in development and does not work correctly. I bought it and had to return it because via USB-C as a webcam, the image distorts when configured to 4K at 30 frames, and it does not matter what app you are using (I used Windows Camera and OBS). If you increase the light level, the image looks worse. Via NDI and HDMI, there are no problems.

@@sonyaiglesias7029 I will definitely check the 4K via USB if mine has an issue. keel in mind though 4K can be heavy on your computer so there is a chance it could be a processing issue. Thanks for sharing with the community🙏

@@LiveProductionTips I bought the first camera, saw it behaved that way, and asked for a replacement. The behavior is the same. I never tried two at the same time. Do the test and you will see the rings and distortions in the image. I can send you photos if you want to understand what I mean.

Mostly only Software based I do not think this would work with the Atem as it takes only physical input. You can get a AV adapter and connect your phone using HDMI instead

Ryzen….Rayden….im sure u know what those are….is that goin to make the cpu not overload like its doing in this video. U mentioned the more movement in the camera the more it increases the cpu right? Def want to rectify that. I would be live streaming music performances

You meant the AMD Ryzen processors ? Yes definitely those are great depending on which one you get but also adding a dedicated graphics card will help. Look for any gaming computer on amazon with a dedicated graphics card and at least 16 GB of RAM if you can get more it’s even better, and an SSD storage.

That upload speed is insane! 902.6 Mbps, wow! I get 41.13Mbps. My download speed is fast at 1,397.29 Mbps but yours is insane for an upload speed!

I got my GF the meet2. The virtual camera in streamlabs drops to 2fps when she alt tabs back into the game. No idea why.

@LiveProductionTips ill have to check later but when she adds the capture device, theres two options. One of then says virtual camera and it has all the ai settings and blur background she wants. However when she goes into a game it drops to 2fps. Its not a hardware issue. I think its a bug. If she uses the other camera option it doesnt have the effects applied to it. She has a 14700k and 4070 super so I doubt thats the issue.

@ look at the cpu if there is any increase that’s causing to slowdown. The fact that it happens when she is playing the game it’s worth double checking. Other than that it could a bug in the software. Keep in mind your graphics card is processing also both the game and the visual effects from the OBSBOT software… so

@@Minimisshow Sorry I am not sure you would have to check the reused content policy on KZbin. I am not sure if playing the same video over and over it’s a good idea because if you stream it once it stays there people can just watch a replay

Great video Sam, thank you! Does Facebook Live still have the ability to TEST your stream before actually going live? Our volunteer fire station Live Streams our annual Santa ride through town, and so much changes technically from one year to the next. Normally I would use “only me” as the audience, but that does NOT appear when I’m streaming from the FireStation Facebook page.

@@umcvfd Best way to test this you can send the feed from OBS and simply don’t click the Go Live Button. You would still see the feed. Also if you want to test things like audio, you can record in OBS and take a listen. I know facebook keeps changing but if you stream to your personal profile I think the Only Me option is still available.

That could be an option or voice meter banana for routing. in my opinion though Zoom or Meet they do over compress your sound anyways so maybe take it easy on mic filters loll although there is a setting in Zoom that can lower the audio compression... so up to you
