He wins, but the group that blackmails everyone release the evidence anyways (both to the police, and the families). The episode ends with the sounds of police cars getting close to him. So yes, it's implied he ends up in jail.

This reminds me of Ready or Not. The main female character goes to her husband's rich, quirky family's mansion, discovers their secret (which is that they became rich due to a pact with a demon) and became the last woman standing. For this movie, she didn't get betrayed by her spouse, though.
