Thank you David for posting this. I installed leds on my 92 sc400 and I just couldn't get the top ones to work. The more I played with it I started losing others. I noticed at the beginning of your video that you had the same lights out as me and I began to wonder if there was something else going on. Sure enough following closer inspection I noticed the middle ribbon cable was cracked, hence breaking the connections. It is the middle one that cracks (I have two consoles and the other is the same) and its the one supplying the back lighting. Had I not seen your video I probably wouldn't have looked for something else. Cheers.
