Oct 24 Watching old Earl Thomas Conley videos brought me here. Learned he wrote the song and Mel Street sang it. One of my favorites songs of all time and it takes me back to a simpler life. I have to say this version is very very good in my book and i will be back in the future to watch and listen to it even though I hail from South Texas and not the smokey mountsions.
