Sorry guys but no sense put gordon n3. He is absolute n1. He won the last adcc with out training in cardo ( couse he risk to vomit every 10 seconds) and still win. Gordon in bad condition win adcc. No sense.

Great tips! Making his eyes roll back as he immerses in bliss, it's a mind-blowing experience, I did what I mentioned last week and the look on his face says it all, I learned the exact moves following Jevie Hindlerg’s advice. After go’ogling her latest it all keeps getting crazier!

The uke is making a bad habit of posting that arm
@ryanwilliams9984Ай бұрын
You're just doing a one leg ogoshi (might as just use two legs lmao). Harai is a shallow hip throw with a perpendicular entry like uki goshi and a SWEEP. The leg sweeps. All the training examples are probably more o guruma than anything. Look at how Michael Pixley does Harai. He's the only BJJ guy that gets it right.

9:21 why does he lock his arms there? also for throws in general its backstep lift twist and then pull and then you go with the throw right?

Demo uses underhook, live versions at the end use overhook (whizzer). Is there a difference? Which is better?

I have same quastion
@user-sw5wn8go3k2 ай бұрын
Both are equally useful, it's just a matter of keeping an upper body connection to your opponent. And the overhook prevents a backtake
@MatthewNguyen-zx3de2 ай бұрын
Underhook is stronger, but harder to get. Overhook is easy to get and works perfectly fine.

This uchi mata will never work against a good fighter. Needs some work. But still good advices for beginners given
@fmunoz40002 ай бұрын
Coming from a Judo background, should mean that you realize Uchi Mata is an Ashi Waza, or leg technique, not a Koshi Waza. You’re confusing Harai Goshi, a hip lifting move with Uchi Mata where the back of the thigh is swing up through the Uke’s thigh.😊

Brandon is the king of bs submissions and he called it a knee crunch plus this move looks and feels nothing like a calf slicer
@matthewelsom93562 ай бұрын
Why would it feel different? The mechanics are the same? Just switching a forearm for a calf. I would assume it would be more of a pain move and less chance of a knee separation due to a smaller fulcrum.

It makes me happy to see Chen have to tap to a grubby submission like that. Lol
