You guys are so negative how are you both this negative? The sound quality is poor, and your accents make it hard to understand without subtitles. Even when there’s something positive, you focus so much on the negatives that it ruins the review. If you want to grow, try balancing your content and improving your audio quality. Otherwise, KZbin might not be the right fit for you. No wonder nobody is watching-your views are stuck under 1k even after a month.

Thanks so much for watching! ET does a lot of things well, and somethings not as well. I understand how it may seem like we are being negative but I think you are missing the point here. We as passengers are paying a lot of money for a service and I think it’s in all our interests if the airline improves and gets better! Sometimes these feedback helps the airline or helps passengers who are about to spend a lot of money. Regarding the accents and sound quality 🤷♀️, we will improve hopefully next time and get better and produce better content. Thanks again for watching and following along.

$3000 is insanity! Ethiopian has much better/ newer products than this but they send those to Europe and North America. They did say they will update older cabins from December... couldn't come soon enough.

@@nurseonthemoney8184 they do fly the nice ones to Africa. outdated ones only fly to Africa. European and Americans have tougher requirements. They hire inspectors for every flight. They call them SAFAs; Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircrafts inspectors. So. Now you know 😊

I am unfortunately flying them on 11/27. Business class Newark to Cairo then on to Doha. I am dreading this flight. Complete bait and switch by them. They initially were flying the “flagship business class” 787, 1-2-1 configuration when we booked it 7 months ago. They changed it last week to an old 777-300. With a 2-3-2 business class and had the balls to put me in a middle seat. Problem is they changed the plane so late, that I now cannot find another viable flight, as formula 1 is in Doha the weekend, so there are no business class seats left, unless you want to spend 17k one way. I will never ever, ever book with them again. We spent 3 separate days, on hold for over 2 hours each day, before finally getting in touch with them to move our seats.

So sorry you experienced this. Customer service is very hard to get a hold of and to be honest ground service isn’t much better. Hopefully you have a good trip. Plus formula 1 in Doha is exciting! Please keep us updated. Take care
