I usually do a bmu and lock out but then i roll over the bar just to dismount. Is that a no rep if i rollover after the rep is complete?

If I had to guess. Lazar got the vax and had a heart attack. It would be very interesting know if he had the vax.

Guys I had a blast. That was like Beavis and Butthead educating the uninformed population. One stupidity followed the other. Gorgeous! 😂😂😂 (USADA? ‚USADA does UFC! 😂😂😂). Go ahaed guys. Show us some more knuckleheadery.

Could you imagine the cost to CrossFit if they had to test every athlete? Where do you draw the line, the open, quarter or semifinals? You're looking at over 16,900 people if you did quarterfinals.

I keep forgetting if your accent is Australian, ‘cause I know you live in Hong Kong. You grew up in Aus?

There's no fairness in sports - Track & Field athletes in the Olympics have popped & will continue to pop. Same with CrossFit. The only way forward is just to ban the athletes who pop just like the Olympics does. It's too expensive & unrealistic to test everyone.

Do we do this functional training thing for health or to destroy our joints?! Anybody? Do you all think a effed up knee under 50 is normal? Naahhh, buddy, it‘s not. Not from regular usage. Maybe after all, what we do isn‘t healthy right? Blasphemy!!!!! 😂

I usually think: ‚your doing this xfit stuff 10 years now, you crush this average Joe over there.‘ And then I get crushed by Joe. Only then the other voice pops up.

Little tip, don’t add music over your conversations. It doesn’t make it more interesting, just more difficult to hear the conversation.
