wow it really blow my mine! i need to dance again but i wasnt to good the 1st time, 2 years ago i had a brain aneurysm plus a stroke..then 90%blockage in the heart.. long story.. this lady is a great teacher. i had to watch her for a dozen times to get the 1st turn. lol im getting back into the grove! thank you miss brooke!!!

I saw an embellishment of the Tush Push where people would squat on one leg, kick their other leg out front, tap the heel of the thrusted out leg, then stand back up. But I only saw it once, so now I'm trying to find out the name of that move, as Google & KZbin searches to this point of how to do this Tush Push addition have been fruitless.....

We learned linedance in school here in Sweden. And I have no idea why. But it was mandatory.

Looks FUN!! But after trying it several times, I find it goes TOOOOOOO fast to learn. Please do this in a little slower motion!!! I get half way threw and then I get LOST and frustrated. Help!!!
