I am conflicted, but perhaps after a visit, I'd be able to make up my mind. I am a New Yorker so city vibes are familiar, but I do live in the suburbs so that is familiar too. Once I saw Cascais and the water though, my beach lover side awakened. After your video, I might be more apt to live in Lisbon and visit Cascais because I do not want to buy a car. We shall see once I make my trek to both this year hopefully.
