Is this guy mentally stupid? He put the exe arrows in S tier but didnt put circles with it. They are literally the same like bro????? Then, he says expurgation arrows are "DiSgUsTiNg!!!!" they are extremely useful for death notes (???) FUN TIP!1!1 put scroll height to 56, then turn on upscroll pc can do this, too! (DONT TURN YOUR PC UPSIDE DOWN, NO) For Tablet, or phone, TURN YOUR DEVICE UPSIDE DOWN it will look like you are playing down scroll
