Hey, how do we prepare the "prepared plates"? I mean, if we work with obligate anaerobes, how can we place them into a petri dish? They will contact with air while we are transferring them. I'll be happy if someone explains it.

Aha - mikroskop není můj a tak s ním takhle mohu řádit. Rajbování čočky stále dokola pořád stejným zašmudlaným papírkem. Pořád další tahy přes čočku a stále stejný papírek. A pořádně přitlačit. Nejdřív čištění levného sklíčka vzorku a pak teprve tím stejným papírkem drhnutí drahého objektivu. Nemohu se na to dívat.
