Been following you all for awhile and out of all the vans I've seen online, your layouts and designs are the best. So beautiful and functional.

Thats the best van layout i have seen. And i have seen thousands 😂😂😂. The main reason is the spacious interior and especially ESPECIALLY massive bathroom. I don't know how people live without proper and spacious toilet. I also love the bed layout. I hate fhe layouts in which there is always bed but no sitting place .

And how much would the lift and the new springs cost? I for sure would spend the extra money on a AWD!

Ok but when your Benz breaks down and there is not a dealer for 3 states, but there is a ford dealer in every small town, how important is the door then?

You didn't mention the no flush, or the incinerating toilet. The only two options I'm considering for my van build. You mentioned one no flush toilet, but there is another that you simply poo in a bag holder and cover with sent absorber. It costs $20 on amazon. A portable urinal as well. Not all of them are just buckets with toilet seat covers. Some look just like residential toilets. They are cheaper but take up less space and are easer to move. The bagged and tanked waste can be stored inside, or out, until proper disposal. Storing it is where you run in trouble. A car is not a house, and you have to be mindful of that. That's why natures head buyers run into issues. They keep thinking that they're ok and that they have time before they need to deal with it but they're all wrong, and can smell their regret. You may think incinerating is too demanding, but even I was shocked no pun intended to find that they don't take any more current than an induction stove top. Maybe even less than a 2 burner. It doesn't use all, or even half of it's rated power draw while burning. I can actually run one for an entire burn cycle off of my Bluetti AC70 768wh portable power station. All you need to power it is 1 or 2 100 AH lithium batteries and a 2500w inverter. Doesn't even have to be PSW. It could be practical for more people than you think. The only gripe I have is it has to be ducted. Incinerators costs more, but I've heard of people getting used ones for a lot less than the $2,000 sticker price, and even if at that price, it still feels very much worth it. The popular option is not the electric but I prefer it because a gas bottle takes up space in my van and has to be refilled which is another unnecessary chore. And plus growing up I never used gas. P.S. Correction: After reading another comment, I see that any human waste in bags has to be treated before it can be put into certain places, and that treatment can be purchased separately. I honestly believe treating poo in a $20 bag holder shaped like a residential toilet is the best and cheapest option aside from getting the money, skipping a wrappon trekker, and installing an electric insinuating toilet with vent. Really I'd keep both.

Great video as usual--thanks! Keep up the great work! Vehicle manufacturers are cheap and are always looking to reduce costs to increase revenue for themselves and investors. Because of this, they're always looking for parts that they can use on as many different vehicles as possible. I'm sure the doors on these vans are no different. Manufacturing one sliding door to fit all of their vehicles puts more money in their pockets. This is one of the reasons why Sprinter vans are more expensive. It sucks for Transit consumers who want/need a taller entry. Trust me, if consumers were to convince the manufacturer to install taller doors in the taller vans, you know they'd pass on those extra costs to the consumer. Consumers lose out either way.

3:25 so where is the dresser cabinet? Not sure if dresser cabinet is what I mean - is there a "dresser" where can you put your clothes, e.g. shirts, on hangers?

Love the abundant daylight in your designs. That's what brought me here (yt search "van build with a lot of big windows"). I would appreciate if you had on your website approximate price ranges for each of your designs. Could be super wide ranges, just to have a very rough idea. Don't want to give you any calls if it's for sure out of my budget.

Can the van take anymore weight? Looking at something like this to take on skiing or mountain bike trips. Throwing gear on top or bike rack on the back with bikes and other storage. Would probably need AWD as well, not sure what that decides to the weight. Thanks.

Now I really wish I wasn't legally blind (can't drive). Living in a van, even if only for a bit, seems super cool! I can see it being like a mini vacation house if you know some good spots to drive to. A shower is a must have indeed. I'm surprised drawers or container storage under fixed beds isn't super common.
