My favorite Gong Fu weapon. Jian/Gim are pretty, but dao just flows so much more naturally to me, even shuangdao. Thank you for sharing!

I’m a black belt in kungfu great job demonstrating the movements but I suggest more power or it looks more like dancing while ur supposed to use some of the techniques and movements in a real fight take for example section one when u catch ur catching a punch or something else

Congfu are skills attained with time, effort and energy. There is nothing to achieve in congfu because congfu is about the practice since practice is congfu.

很漂亮,但不柔 Looks great but not "tender" enough, 柔拳 "mellow form" is supposed to be the Shaolin version of Taichi
