9:29 it actually activates on the second header. Edit: and the flashing red is supposed to stop after warning/watch/advisory tone. Edit 2: Wrong tone, it’s the WR300 alert tone.

Minneapolis had a similar tornado on June 14, 1981 (F3) that followed severe thunderstorms by the airport earlier in the day. Fun fact: Best Buy was created by this storm. A store named Sound of Music in Roseville, MN was heavily damaged. The owner held a 'Tornado Sale' at the nearby MN State Fairgrounds featuring damaged, open box, etc., items at a discount. The response was overwhelming, and he continued the sale by trucking in undamaged merchandise at discount prices. He found that he could discount and still make a profit through volume sales and rebranded Sound of Music to Best Buy a year later. The rest is history!! Below is from the MN DNR: The National Weather Service posted a tornado watch at 3:00pm CDT. At 3:49pm a tornado touched down in Edina about 1/3 mile southwest of the intersection of France Avenue and 50th Street. The tornado followed a southwest-northeast track that brought it over Lake Harriet at about 3:52pm. Edina policeman William Barington reported the tornado at this time. The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning, and the area-wide siren activation was at 3:53PM. This activated 200 sirens in eastern Hennepin, Ramsey, and small portions of Anoka and Dakota Counties. The tornado continued its path northeast and lifted off the ground one block short of a mobile home park near Rice and South Owasso Boulevard at 4:15pm. The path length was continuous for 15 miles over a 26-minute period. The path width varied from 75 yards to two and a half city blocks. Wind speeds varied from 80 mph in the narrow width areas to as high as 160 mph in the wider path areas. At a number of points only tree top damage was seen and at other points wide extensive damage was observed affecting buildings, trees, power lines and homes. At first the National Weather Service reported the event as three separate tornadoes, but after two days of surveying the damage, it was concluded that it was a single tornado that lifted up and down at times.

Some of the place name pronunciations were off, and no NWR station covers that many counties, but this is a great scenario!

@JustDante, I have a few complaints about this video. 1. KMSP (FOX 9) no longer does the old-style continuous coverage local viewing area map thing on its channel, and it also has not done so in at least a decade. Personally, I prefer it when they do cover the map that way, but because of the new cone coverage system that the NWS and NOAA have made since the last major tornadic outbreak in the Twin Cities area in 2011, a vast majority of television stations do not do the old viewing area maps anymore, though, surprisingly, WCCO (CBS 4), and possibly KTSP (ABC 5), and KARE (NBC 11), do it, which is/are the exception(s) rather than the rule. 2. You could use actual footage of some previous tornadic outbreak coverage in your video shots if you are going to mention a television station, unless that could lead to legal issues for you, as that would make your videos even more impactful. 3. The video that you have for such an event is far too short. 4. You could learn from more experienced EAS channels on how to do multiple hour coverage videos of their tornadic outbreaks, as well as from the real life coverage of multiple hour tornadic outbreaks on the KZbin channels that are covered by real life television networks. 5. Your AI actors are good, but they still need a bit more work, namely, in making more realistic inflections, as well as their tones, with their speech. Your dialogue with the storm chasers, and the news anchors, is spot on, though. 6. You can literally make some ads for your video that are real life ads, like, say some tourism ads for South Dakota, or advertise local businesses in the Twin Cities area, like, say, Luther Auto Sales, USA Insulation, Window Nation, Window World, etc. Doing that would be a lot more immersive, as well as realistic, for your video. However, other than those mistakes, if you are a new EAS person, then you have made a pretty good debut video. Sources: I know people that actually are from the Twin Cities area.
