My crochet needle broke lol but I was using the needle without the other part, but I don't know where it is! But thanks for this method, I just install my locs back in Sunday and I just been using my fingers instead of the needle.

How were these installed? Individually or with just 2 rows out in the front? It seems like you wouldn't be able to get a high bun with a crochet install.

So glad that a African Style is designed and sold by a woman who is African. So many products that people all around the world use come from " Sub-Saharan Africans " , but so few people know about their contributions. Including many African Americans. Coca- Cola, Shea Butter, Rooibos Tea, Burdock Root to name a few. For 100s of year women in Chad developed and used Chebe to grow long hair. Chebe is all the rage now. And it is being sold by White or Asian owed companies making huge profits. Very few East African or Africans making money from inventions they developed. After all Elvis is the "King of Rock-n-Roll" . And African Americans don't seem to be aware or care. They will shout "racism". But too many of them do not know how to build a community.

Yes!! I’m growing my hair out atm - the second it’s long enough to braid; my Boho locks will be installed, Lord willing. - let’s keep owning it and shaking it UP!!! 😎😌🫶✌️
