Does anyone actually like windows? I hope Windows fails its evolution into XboxOS. It’s just always been so convoluted and had so many problems. I feel SteamOS has a better foundation and if it can get to where it needs to, it’ll become the preferred platform for devs and it’ll really shine.

If Microsoft doesn't get it together fast, SteamOS will attract the Gaming only PC players. If that number of Gaming only PC users that switch is north of 10 million, SteamOS will become entrenched. SteamOS will suddenly become a first class citizen with game devs, peripheral manufacturers, and hardware manufacturers. When that happens, SteamOS will become a normal part of the gaming landscape. Microsoft will not be able to claw that section of the market back. It will be Valves to lose at that point.

I hate Xbox OS since the first days of Xbox One console and unfortunately, since then, it did not improve, but regressed even more. It has introduced many defects in recent years and Series X OS had the most of them from my experience. Of course, not everyone will encounter them, but I much prefer the clean and user friendly OS of Playstation 5. Just few examples: 1) There is a race condition on Series X startup, sometimes it will login to your last user, some time it will show you user list. 2) It does not remember last user name, it always tries to login to first created user. 3) Network issues, when connecting LAN cable, it sometimes has issues, on WiFi its working fine (same cable works great with other devices, such as PS5). 4) Last year it did not remember my configuration in the store, like turning off the auto play for game browsing, now it is fixed.

India 2025, largest democracy in the world. Huge market for smartphones and gaming PC in India. There is still no Amazon luna or Google Stadia in India. I will not be surprised if this Xbox OS fails.

For me, it varies based on platform and other factors. For example, any pre-HD games are going to be all physical. Since I have a Series S and Steam Deck, those will be all-digital, bought at the steepest discounts available. For the Playstation, I would do a mix of both depending on price and how likely the game is to be delisted.

To me I like digital games since buying digital games can be very convenient and it can save time and space for many people! and it can be cheap too which you can get games. That can be at a very cheap price! but I do have to agree there is this big downfall with digital games and that huge downfall is you don't get to own those games like you could With physical media which I know in fact before the days when digital media was small while physical media was big and huge you could own those games physically but not anymore. Which even I can see in fact it's the same thing with physical games since you also don't get to own those games physically either since modern physical games now have download Patches which we ain't in those days where we could put our games in a gaming console and just play them like we could before but of course there are so many physical media people. That still think you could own the game all because it is on a disc lmao! honestly they don't but also with digital games being more cheaper than physical media but of course I find it funny On how there are physical media people that complain that digital games are expensive but yet they are the same people that would waste their money on a very rare copy of a physical game. That is either a very old nintendo game or a old playstation game or a old xbox game which I can always see in fact physical games can be very expensive! since those physical games Themselves can get very rare and old, which can make them very expensive since people can sell those games at such a very high price which makes them way more expensive. Than digital games! but yet those physical media people still want to act like physical games are more cheaper than digital games but they still would waste their money to get a Very rare physical copy of a physical game lol which those physical media people would just care so much for them but honestly I just know in fact the people that prefer physical media. Is just boomers aka old people while the newer kids themselves wouldn't care! they would want gift cards either for fortnite or roblox since those are the games modern kids nowadays play While I also have gotten a notification on the bell that is a reply from someone even admitting that only old people care for physical media while the younger people aka the newer kids. Great video man! Personally, I think I will always buy Nintendo consoles. Long ago when I was a kid, I had a Nintendo 64 and a Playstation 1. They were my introduction to gaming. As time went on, I built a gaming PC, and became obsessed with that world. In my mind, Playstation and Xbox games were the same types of games I could get on PC. Sure, there were differences, but they were in the same category in my head. Games that were shooting for super high def, super realistic epic types of games. Even though I had a gaming PC, I still bought a Nintendo 3ds XL, because my buddies all played together. We'd smoke pot and get drunk and play smash bros and mario kart. Great memories. Then I got a Switch. Loved breath of the wild, and I play Mario Kart constantly for the nostalgia. There's just a different feel to Nintendo games, they don't really go for the super high def realism thing, but I love the Nintendo style. So I think going forward I'll definitely buy the Switch 2, and have a gaming PC. I also enjoy CODM on my phone. My buddy gave me his ps3 and I still don't really play it much :( Maybe I should give Playstation a chance

It could win Hearts by being uniquely Nintendo. That right there is exactly why the switch 2 won't fail. Nintendo just has a really good track record, even their failures aren't ever enough to really sync it. So it's going to succeed no matter what happens
