Guys, I'm truly sorry if this causes offence, but this is far below the standard of kumité that I'd expect from anyone wearing that belt. It's very slow, the techniques are poorly formed, and the footwork is...well, you get the idea. Again, I'm sorry, but I cannot emphasise this enough: neither I, nor any other instructor that I've trained with, would accept this level of kumité from someone wearing those belts.
