Most of the time it is usually to cancel slowdowns since it resets wander back to full speed. In the case you pointed out it is to ger Cenobia to turn faster and get to the pillar quicker since it notices you.

@@igorfrancasoaresfrancasoar4784 it's overall just a pain, since the PS3 version messed up the optimization on the shakes. I noticed trying to be very middle on the sigil works at times, but I havent found anything consistent myself yet, since my main speedrun is the ps4 version of this game.

Yes, Pdo has found quite a few improvements on Ils and even Any% recently. Shows how out of the box thinking helps a lot.

@@EnviousGreen it is illegal, because it makes grinding IL anti fun. There is a board on CE for unlimited strats but only has like a run on it. So overall good decision.

PS3 has a higher level of difficulty than PS4. It's going to be a pain unlike PS4.

@@harukaurbangarde7465 it is definitely more difficult and some skips dont work the same way or not at all. Considering I have a sub 1:30 Hard Run on PS4 I still think sub 1:40 is possible for sure. That will be my goal once I am back from vacation :)

Depends on which Colossus you mean. There is a thing called a plant. It allows me to stabilize Wander if certain conditions are met. I think the developers put it in the game to make things easier at times. When we go for it on purpose it can look a bit silly at times. It depends on the positioning and timing of the grab.

That was a really nice run my friend! I've learned alot from your videos. I recently started the remaster on PS5 and I'm getting ready to go for the less than 5 hrs 41 min on hard trophy. No doubts I'll be able to get it thanks for the tricks and tips🤘🏼 Keep trying for that WR!

I was able to do hard mode no deaths in 1 hr 57 mins. I'm okay with that considering the amount of errors I had but still im proud of myself for doing so
