Bummer, almost makes me reconsider slapping the Scorpion STRs on my Ducati after the Diablos Rossos are done for... Then again - my Mono is slightly lighter and I have "some" experience in the mud :D PS. you should consider exporting to 4K and uploading to youtube in 4K. Even if you record in 1080p, the codecs that youtube will use to compress the video are way better with 4K and the final quality is a lot better. I once uploaded a test that I recorded with the Sony FDR-X3000 camera in 1080p, you can search for it 1080p test: 1080p video in 1080p and 1080p test: 1080p video in 4K If you seek out the same frame in both videos, you can see how the details are much better in the 4K one.

Ive had both the tuareg 660 and a 23 ktm 890 adventure r. The ktm was a peice of junk. I sold the ktm and bought my tuareg back.

Congrats, lovely bike! I dont have a Aprilia dealer close so I haven't tried one. I tried both the Tenere 700 and Norden but I dont want to pay for a new bike again. My old Super Tenere 750 is perfect except its even more top-heavy than the new Tenere 700 haha

Puppy!!!! Sound reasoning for the Tuareg. I rode the Ducati DesertX and Yamaha Tenere 700 and had the same issue that while they felt okay at speed, light enough, whenever going at slower pace or just manoeuvring around they felt sooooo heavy.

The tuareg is a nice bike. I think you made a good choice. Will you wrap it yourself? If so, make sure you video it!

This is ABSOLUTELY my favorite video review / experience / test ride of this bike. It seems that *every* other person on KZbin rode the Valk like they were on a Harley, short-shifting the thing until it was dead and not using the [long travel] throttle. You are the only one (besides the pro magazine scribes) who actually RODE the thing like it could be ridden, getting it into it's main power band (above 3,500) and actually using the throttle. Love. This. Video. Thank you for presenting the bike as the "power cruiser" that it was meant to be.

This was the first time I've ever seen muffs on an adventure bike. I guess there's the reason why... + I can't imagine having a really cool looking 701 with a rally kit and then adding those muffs on there.
