Am I the only one that stack wood sideways so I can pull out any board without unstacking the entire load ?

I really like these, and excellent addition to the normal Adirondak chairs. I could take a nice nap in one of those on a cool spring day. Love it.

The wife definitely brought up that conversation again. Edit: if she didn't, she's saving it for the perfect time in the future, just when he forgot about it, and thought she did. Women never forget, and rarely truly forgive. haha

Before I order the templates for this, can you give me a brief list of boards needed to build this? Nothing specific, I was hoping for something like "Six 1"x4"x8'. Thanks

I use kaizen foam to organize items that need to be kept highly organized like sockets and specialty tools. But I 100% agree that it is more flexible to store basic tools using a simple organizer.

@@JackmanWorks really is although in this case they just did a bad design. It was like a drawer poorly fit with no means to align folding legs. Yours is much better

I like it! Now I can get up, out of that chair gracefully and still get to put my feet up... As long as that foot rest doesn't pinch my bottom when it shuts! 🤫🤭😉. 💖🌞🌵😷

SMH, another person claiming to make mini pallets and then failing. No 2 real pallets are the same, they're never square, they're never sanded and at least 1 plank is always broken. If it doesn't have hepatitis coated nails sticking out, match sized splinters and a cracked board it ain't a pallet.

Had a buddy reclaim cedar strips from an old boyscout camp cafateria. Took us a few days to get it all. Said he wanted to do his basement. Sat on it for months and then sold it. I was PISSED. Many years later, we're no longer friends. Did shit like that a lot. If i ever got a cut for helping, maybe we'd still be talking.

OSHA doesn't certify products though. I get that it's an ad -- and an excellent one! -- but if you're promoting safety gear, these details are important.
@JackmanWorks9 күн бұрын
I guess certified might not be the right word, but they are ANSI tested and approved along with meeting OSHA and NIOSH requirements

using lane boards from a bowling alley is a much better idea, both the wood and synthetic lane boards are basically indestructible. We ended up using it as workbench tops for the mech room at the alley I worked at

What a phenomenal job! That flooring is gold, 1inch thick maple is such a resilient material but the prep work would be a bear. I love to recycle wood but unless I had all the equipment I would never tackle a project such as this.
