I love my 06 accord. Didn’t have to do any of this. All I did was open my glove box, remove the hook holding it, and then slid the air filter out. Didn’t need any tools whatsoever. Good video though.

I watched your video. I found ZD1 (zener diode) was already unsoldered on one end. It was so tiny, i could not reflow it. Resolved my issue ordering a used module asembly online.

Thank you. I just fixed my daughter's loud whispering faucet. It was filled with debris. I cleaned it. I used pliers and small screwdriver to get the plastic cover off.

Is it possible to install the AC filter without a frame? Is there no frame left?

i am sick of hearing about how water gets trapped in the pipes from the mains when its from your house tap. for me this sound judges the water distancing coming from the mains like there is a meter

Got a brand new kitchen put in 5 weeks ago. And there is a GUSHING sound now when I turn on the taps 1/4 of the way half way, but not on full. I am getting soaked when brushing my teeth, refilling my filter jug, etc. I used to be able to see the pipes, but now I don't. Please help!

If I were to send you 2 of these Climate Control boards what would you charge me to do this? I don't have a soldering iron and the few times I have tried using one I am not very handy with one.

Cut an access panel in the back if the glovebox, cubon or plastic weld a clip on it, then you can get the filter cabin popped open and you can wiggle the filters in and out

@@Zummiely sadly i sold the accord, but if you do the cabin air filter. Before you put it back together use a screwdriver or something to poke holes in whereever the bolts or nuts sit. Then cut it out outside of the car

Air filter (good charcoal ones $16 for two) but if you want a mechanic to do this, it will be $150 per hour! Thanks for the video, as I was able to do it! Of all the things on the 2001 Honda Accord models, cabin air filter placement is retardedly designed by Honda! My other car (the Lexus RX450h) takes 2 minutes to replace the cabin air filter. And literally 30 seconds to replace the engine air filter. That has the BEST DESIGN for engine air filter replacement. So simple that you can do with both eyes closed! LOL!

I have a 2001 accord and pretty much everything about the car is a hassle as far as any repairs or maintenance. Things are hard to reach, tight spaces, and you usually have to disassemble and remove non-related parts in order to get to the parts that you want to work on. But it’s a great car!!!😊

I tried for only a meager 15 minutes with a hammer and nailset before digging a bit deeper and finding this video. Thank you for posting. A quick trip to HF and less than $12 for this tool (after using a 30% off coupon) was well worth it. The chain breaker, Item No. 66488, made short work of removing the pin. To reverse the process, I started with a small C clamp to get the pin started and then used the chain breaker in reverse. Getting the seal out took some effort, but it popped out cleanly. From the Dorman kit, the Hitachi distributor uses the ring marked as 12.45.
