Was this the tp 4050 2300kv Cm 80k-rpm motor ? Did you have any issues with this esc and motor setup? I want to try this set up on my infraction v2
@MervHernandez2 жыл бұрын
I had no issues until I put a 25 tooth pinion on it and fried the esc. That was my fault, I should have ran a cap with it but I didn't know any better back then. My advice is go with a Castle Creations 1721 and a XLX2.
@mathewhelms59592 жыл бұрын
@@MervHernandez thank you very much for the info! I probably would’ve done the same thing and burned mine up without the heads up. I’ll try that castle setup

You can do 100mph on stock system
@MervHernandez2 жыл бұрын
Yeah we all know you can do a 100+ on a "stock" system. It's not reliable though as you can see in my other videos and others to come.

Wow a real tough cookie to crack. New to your world i am and I'm just impressed by the torque and speed I wanna learn to bash Please how do you do those flips? Tell me the basics I need to practice and I will. Thanks for sharing!
@MervHernandez3 жыл бұрын
Hello James.. It's pretty much all throttle control and timing it juat right. For back flips just hit the jump and either increase or stay on the throttle as you see it flip. Back flip just reverse "Brakes", and your vehicle will flip forward. Speed, Power and angle of ramp or jump also play a big part. This technique works for me, others may habe a different way of doing it. 🤷🏾♂️ The Arrma Vorteks is actually super easy to flip. Just practice throttle control and in time it will be 2nd nature.

I got this last week and yeah this thing is definitely tough. What bolts did you put on the wing? I have lost 2 of the screws on the rear wing already which is the only thing that's "broken"
@MervHernandez3 жыл бұрын
I used self tapping screws as I also lost those twice. That was a quick fix though, i recommend getting longer M4 screws and add a spacer and bolts if you want to keep the nice, clean look going.
@rcreviews98943 жыл бұрын
Nice run bro, I keep telling people, the Arrma 3s line are tough! Out of all five of them, I’ve only broke two parts on the big rock and that’s cause I was getting stupid with it! Lol they can all take a beating!! The Vorteks is no exception!!

Little truck can definitely take a hard hit. I thought for sure I would have had a worse outcome. All that and a rear arm is all that broke in 3 hours of bashing. Subscribed to your channel aswell.. 🤙🏽
