I had the same issue with the gasket. The issue is that its the CVT vs auto 4 speed. I was able to get the gasket from Nissan. the Gasket you have is for CVT only
@robertstercraw9284

No, that's not it. The CVT gasket is shaped nothing like the 4 speed auto. The gasket is correct for the older 4 speed automatic found in the 1991-2006 Sentra. When Nissan put this transmission in the Versa for 2007 they changed the position of ONE bolt he points out at 9:21. None of the aftermarket suppliers picked up on this change.

I have the same problem and I'm working on it right now but I just want to ask you if the transmission fluid is regular or CVT fluid? Does the fluid look red or clear like vegetable oil? I didn't take the gasket off of the oil pan, should I put it back?

You’ll need to make sure your threads are matching up. Try loosening the other bolts a little and try to put that one first.

Yes that's the same problem I am having with my son's 2012 Cube 1.8L S. I ordered from the Nissan dealer with the vin # to make sure I had all the correct parts. I knew it would be diffucult. Also now I can compare what after-market parts will fit. I did order the ATP B-130 CVT trans gasket kit from Amazon for the 2011 Cube gasket didn't fit😅

I remember my first time using power tools. Pro tip: Screw the smaller hole saw INSIDE the larger hole saw so it acts as a guide. Also, drill in reverse to get the hole started especially on an uneven surface.

This video kzbin.info/www/bejne/b4O1lGVqdsp0rc0 helped me use it without the 2" saw fusing to the other stuff. In short, put washer on back of saw, put nut through washer into back of the saw. Tighten with hex wrentch ( I used a 19mm which was the closest fit that I had ). Screw arbor into back of nut hole ( don't remember if I tightened with hex wrench again ). Attach to drill. Do the thing. Detach drill. Use hex wrench to loosen and unscrew arbor, nut, and washer from saw. Hope this helps anyone out there who finds themselves in the same situation.

Milwaukee also makes a "Quick" release arbor bit works like a champ. The quick release has a clutch and makes the hole saw tight with no wobble. Super fast on and off, no matter the size of the saw.

Milwaukee should include instructions. For my set, there is none. I struggled same thing as you.
@brucesparks5487
@brucesparks5487 4 жыл бұрын
If you read the reviews on this set they’re all negative, basically its meant to over torque the bit fusing it to the arbor. Once it’s fused it’s almost impossible to switch the arbor to other hole saws. Terrible engineering that you can tell was not designed by anyone with a decent understanding of how these are supposed to actually work.

did you have to grease both ends of the control arm or is the grease it comes with plenty? i changed my out and it creeks and cracks with every bump
@rosenbellion1537
@rosenbellion1537 4 жыл бұрын
ericdeleon93 at first I didn’t. I then took it back out and greased every fitting with a grease gun. I also greased the hole the bolt passes through that holds the arm to the body. That minimized the creeks. I have noticed the creeks go away in cold weather. So I might have to pull the arm and and regrease everything again. I jumped on the forums and almost all of the reviews have some complaint about creeks in them. You also need to grease them every couple of months.

Do you have to torque down the throttle body spacer to a specific torque spec? I'm not sure what it is
@rosenbellion1537
@rosenbellion1537 4 жыл бұрын
No. The spacer it’s self doesn’t have any stand alone bolts. It gets sandwiched by the manifold and the throttle body.

Hello, May I ask if you ever got all 4 of the fog lights to run at the same time. I am having the same problem where I cant have both sets of fog lights on at the same time. If you did, could you let me know what you spliced to get it working?
@rosenbellion1537
@rosenbellion1537 4 жыл бұрын
So there’s two sets of relays. If you remove the set of relays for the two lower fogs you can get all for to turn. I don’t know if it will burn out the other set of relays if you leave them on all the time. It’s recommended you have one relay per fog though. I did want to splice wires for the mere fact that (at least where I live) it’s illegal to have two set of fogs on at the same time. But if you don’t care about that all you would really have to is eliminate the toggle switch, that one that lets you select which fogs you want on. Then take those wires and time in the power for your regular fogs. One switch would control all four fogs. If need help I could make a short video for you when I have time.

Yep 3.7. It’s pretty straight forward as long as you’re bumper has the brackets for the lower fogs. If remember correctly there was four screws, two for each light. Took maybe an hour to do at the most.
