Lets be real you are also in top 1% by matches played. I think only about 5% of all ranked players are playing enough games to even be eligible for high elo. I was d2 most of the time from s4 to s9 and back then people considered anything bellow master 300lp low elo. BTW i was peak chall rank 42 EUNE back in 2016, when i was 18 yo just like you. Now i am not very good, i shifted mostly to TFT.

I think given how easily Sett can be kited and how predictable the champ is there's not much wrong. If you look at his dmg in isolation sure 2k true dmg is pretty nuts but it's nothing other top laners can't replicate. Fiora ult, Camille if she gets multiple Q2's in a fight, Garen ult, Darius ult. Of course you could counter that by saying well most of those are ults Setts is a basic ability. Setts is a skillshot (yes the W indicator is huge but the true dmg is quite a narrow portion of that), Setts also doesn't do %hp dmg like Fiora/Garen etc. Overall I don't think his W dmg is broken but in low elo where people can't dodge shit and don't know wtf they're doing its pretty strong. Hence why people often consider Sett a low elo stomper and someone who's good to climb with, but who will get worse the higher you climb because people have brains as you climb. Those are just my thoughts though.

According to statistics Sett has a 50.33% wr in D2+ (source: u.gg) so on average he's pretty much perfectly balanced at your elo. It's you who isn't balanced, you should be higher up the ladder bro!
