I have a 2nd unit. Better in main menu, not such a tinnitus sound and in game slightly better but I can hear mine 3 meters away through headset even in a Call of Duty match, walking around with the character.

I've gotten used to the slightly higher-pitched sound but my Pro still has an additional unpleasant sound when I start a game, not immediately but then little by little and there is some siren noise, but not high-pitched and pretty constant until the game closes. I'm thinking about trying a second model but I was in store at Gamestop, so things get a little more difficult. I even feel like if I hear yours I hear it too or my head is crazy from my Pro and listening on KZbin how others sound. 😄

My ps 5 pro has the same noise.
