it’s called a sprawl, it’s very common in conditioning. not to be confused with burpees

They need more of this in the world and on social media, encouraging them to live healthy and not being some weak individuals, here they are developing confidence and comradery and a healthy ego and a sense of purpose and knowing what they can and can't do with themselves and assessing situations, being in the real world.
