multiple hunting and gathering huts and fishing docks, more cattle, sheep and chicken farms and more fields will give you more food

add a scarecrow in each field barrels and boxes around market and warehouses increase capacity

you may want to build some work camps - they gather wood in an area automatically. without a good amount of wood, you won't get far ;)

Good going, slight suggestion, could you turn down the gamesounds and turn your mic up a little?

I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism, but you really need to work on having less dead space, saying "ok, so..." followed by literal minutes of silence, doesn't make for very engaging content. 😅

My guess is that your rubber maker was starving for diesel due to pipe sizing. That is the input it was missing due to there being no green bar beside its icon for that. If you have unlocked pipes 2, I would start at the diesel storage tanks and upgrade the pipe to the first junction. If that don't solve it, upgrade the main trunk line to the 2nd junction. If you add up the requirements of everything you have on that line, it probably comes up to more than 60 which is the max that regular pipes carry. The branches are fine unless their load exceeds 60 as well.

thanks for the video, but i have to point out somethings that will make your game so much easier that either you are not doing or dont know so please dont take this as trying to tell you how to play, but these will greatly increase your playing and you can pass these tips on to others that may not know. 1st. Wild Cards... so many times you are paying coin to refresh your cards looking for a certain card, all while NOT buying the wild card for 15 gold. You spend like 200 gold refreshing your cards. You do know that if you buy the 15 gold wild card, that allows you to build ANY building you have unlocked. So if you are looking for a hauling service, just buy the wild card (which they stack) and pick the building from the list and build it.. its like a build any building at any time card. Also, if you ignore your ticking cards and they build up, once you get to 5, it will auto generate them into wild cards for you so when you are ready to build a building, you can pick it instead of trying to refresh looking for a certain building. 2nd. The reason your people were not building anything (you looked around trying to figure this out for half the video almost) was because you had zero laborers and zero builders. You can see this number at your town hall. You should always have laborers since they are the ones that do everything and will build things and then go back to being a laborer once its done. You have so many more houses than people that all your people were tied up in other jobs that you had no builders and laborers. Building the immigration house will allow you to bring people into your town every cycle which is how you raise your population. Build a few of them and see. 3rd. If you would place your statistics and employment building, you can manage things better. Esp the employment... you had these at the bottom in your cards but never placed them. Employment will allow you to prioritize jobs of what will be working and what will be empty if you have too few people as you do. 4th. TRADE. You never used your ports to trade your goods... you had over 6 thousand wool and other items, yet need brick and iron... trade this in the ports and lower your inventory all while filling it up with what you need since you were not near iron deposits. Even better is to use deplomacy with a neighboring town (click on there town hall) and once you friend them, you can trade unlimited supplies for there supplies as long as they have it... im sure you will get to it, but its a great source of items you may need and it keeps your inventory low. It also should point out that if you build more trading buildings for auto trade, they stack so you can move more items in and out than just the 120 its allowing you... the more you add, the higher that number goes....so you can import and export hundreds of items, again.. easy to knock down those thousands of supplies you had all while getting what you need and dont have.... 5th. Finally, if you hold down shift and click on any upgrade in the building, it will upgrade ALL buildings with that or will do as many as you need until you dont have any resources left.... so if you want to upgrade your new houses with the 20 brick for heat... hold down shift and click the upgrade button and it will upgrade all the houses that need that upgrade... much easier than clicking each building.. this works for all upgrading in all buildings... now only if they had that for roads to go from dirt to stone.... Again, good luck and sorry if you knew some or most of this.. but in watching the video, it seem like you didnt or you just werent doing that.... I hope it helps and I really enjoyed seeing your town and how others play... I hope you can try some of the things i mentioned above and hope that its useful. Again, im not trying to tell you how to play.. but if you are going to show people how to play the game or watch you play, show them these things to make it easier for them and you if they are learning... I subscribed for you to help you get to that 100 you are looking for... and again, thanks for the video.. look forward to your next episode of Kingdoms Reborn to see if you use some of these or at least try them.....
