The law of the spirit or "Torah" of the spirit is found in galatians 5:16-24 the law of the spirit is not the same as the law of Moses. The law of Moses isn't bad at all but its not something we have to follow but the law of the spirit is something that we must see evidence of in our walk with christ because it shows if we our truly bearing fruit. Us not eating certain foods, or worshipping on the sabbath or wearing tassels or celebrating festivals is not the law or "Torah" of the spirit. Jesus fulfilled the law. Christ is the end if the law. In him now is our freedom and we should walk by the law of the spirit. But if we Wana live fully according to the law of Moses just because we want to out of our freedom to do so there's nothing wrong with that as long as we're not doing it because we feel this is what the father requires of us now to show our love and obedience to him and our salvation.
