I'm reminiscing right now about this ARG. This is what got me into the medium as a kid and I still think it is one of the best that came about, which makes me really sad about Overwatch and where it is along with Blizzard as a company, I really think this section of time with the ARG was the peak of what Overwatch was. This was such a creative, engaging and sincerely heartfelt endeavor to get the community excited about a new character. I wish we could've gotten more story out of this game, I would've loved a Sombra focused series.

Man, what a great series. Even after having already seen it, what a way to end. It's taken me a long time to come to terms with the fact that you'll probably never post again, but i think I've finally gotten there. I know that might sound extreme, but you are my favorite KZbinr. You have been one of, if not the primary inspiration keeping me making things on my various platforms throughout the years. If there is one thing you can be certain of, it's that you've inspired at least one person. If you ever decide to post again, I'll try to be there, but it might be on an alt. Happy trails - Just some guy on the internet

First off, I need to say, this is possibly my favorite comment I've ever received. I've gotten a lot of nice comments, but inspiring someone else to create is a whole other level. I always was trying to improve with every video to eventually make videos that would really inspire people and make people think. This is why it was so hard for me to post videos, I always wanted my next one to be better than my last. Not sustainable on youtube. All that being said, the last video I've been working on will probably come out eventually, it got bloated with a lot of insane shit that happened and it's difficult to elegantly weave it together into a narrative all while trying to communicate a complicated science lesson. I plan to put out that video and then probably do a retrospective video on the channel and talk about all my favorite moments of having a channel and video ideas that I never made. @BrowntownBashers Man I did not expect to get a reply. It's good to hear your still at it. Those big documentary videos look like a ton of work. I think trying to constantly improve and make every video better than the last is a fine and perfectly sustainable way to operate on KZbin. You just have to realize that it wont always turn out that every video is better than the last, what matters most is that you learn in the process. I assume ur working on the CRISPR video you've mentioned before. I'm sure coming up with a narrative for that would be really hard. If your stalling really hard I might be able to help, but I'm an engineer not a biologist. Something I like to do when working on a big project like that is stream while working on it. It forces me to sit down and focus on streaming and working for an extended period of time without major distractions.

I recently got reminded of this channel, and its a real shame he doesnt post anymore. It would've been cool to see that CRISPR video, or more of this to see how it got refined over time.

This is something that crazy Easter eggs in video games arg how do people figure stuff out like there’s one we’re like for summer it was a glitchy screen and people thought it was a barcode, and they found out it was a barcode who thought of that

I remember this well. I spent days listening to people on ARG discord. It was so hype. I’ll never forget the hype around the skybox code, people shouting “IT’S A SHOTCODE!”. And then there was some SSTV signals, compasses in Irvine on Google maps, people went crazy. Big nostalgia. Thanks for this video. It’s funny though how we still know nothing about this whole puzzle, who made it and everything

This is extremely high effort and reminded me of the days of the ARG. That fucker % tho, I remember it was stuck on a certain % for a long time and when it finally moved I literally screamed in a public space. I was extremely excited haha. Thank you for the awesome video!!
