You clean it with milk? I empty out the milk rinse the container and fill it with water and then run the Clean Cycle with water. I also empty out the coffee grounds of the portafilter and then run one expresso with just water to clean it. You would be surprised that a few drops of coffee come out when you have no grounds in the portafilter.

Great review. Helped me a lot. Same model is by Sunbeam here in Australia. Read and reread the manual but can’t work out how to adjust the latte and cappuccino milk levels. I find it’s producing too much milk for both by default. I agree with you frothing has to be set at its lowest level.

I dont recommend thing makes so much foam rather then steamed milk. Also leaking water out the espresso hole

Can you use any coffee? I have the same machine but my espresso doesn’t come out good and i read that you have to use your coffee in a week or it won’t taste good! 😢

Espresso is best but I’ve used regular coffee. I’ve personally never noticed a difference with fresh coffee and a few weeks old but I know some folks swear by freshly ground.

I just got this for Christmas but the milk frother doesn't work at all...can u help me figure out why it won't work..am I doing something wrong? I read the manual.

I’m so sorry for not getting back to you- I made this video for my brother and never expected others to see it! 😅 a late reply but it may help someone else. Make sure to clean all the parts, sometimes I soak them in vinegar water and when you put it back make sure everything is really pushed in. I’ve opened up the top of the frother before for a deep clean, it comes open with a screwdriver.
