Only permanent resident and citizen are entitled to get govt job in Canada , rest of anyone thinks he gets the govt job without being PR or citizen they are delusional because govt hire them only for contract basis : so that they can kick you out when ever they want

Actually the Permanent ones also get contractual government jobs...contracts for different time period...
