Thank you Pa, I came here because my curry powder or maybe its my garam masala powder is so bland. I have tried so many different ratio's and roasted and not roasted. It doesn't seem to make a difference. I cook it on low heat... I dunno, I am frustrated with so much work and research and trial and to many errors.

Garam masala is only one of the powder used in mixing curry powder. Try this: 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of garam masala. U will get very fragrant curry powder.

Ah pa, can u please use the spatula instead of a spoon 😄, observed this in most of yr videos... otherwise the angmos may think we Chinese use spoons n dont know anything abt spatulas for stir-frying like they use forks to eat rice! 😅 And.. they don't learn to use spoons to stir-fry... possible burns n not to start bad habits 😉
