Atleast you're making a start, even the walking part has come slowly for me and some days im just like "fuck it do i really need whatever it is" even if its fairly important and convince myself not to bother, our moods are fickle fuckers xD But really keep at it, i've been recording vlogs lately but the likelyhood of me editing and uploading them are around about zero atm, I lost about 10+ years of work, music, writing, songs, diaries I kept, memories in general when my hard drive died and I hadn't backed anything up, I found ONE fairly long diary, kind of synopsis of life between 2001 and 2013 decided from now im just gona record it, my thoughts, mood, back it up to my google drive and likely not do anything with it till im on my death bed lol but being able to look back on where you where and where you are now is valuable, it makes you notice even the small steps and changes and sometimes stuff you didn't notice before, keep it up caleb and don't let the rare let yourself go days get you down, we all need them.

I've been doing the same as you for pretty much the past year, and the more depressed I got the less creative I got and the more I drank it's a vicious circle. I'm always around to help out if you need it with finishing projects, if you're like me you start something with full enthusiasm and before you know it your mood just puts an end to it for while, but seeing work out there and seeing interaction with it is the real reward. so nearly 2 years too late but... let's have at it. I've had depression since I was around 7 or so, it later grew into severe anxiety and general agoraphobia and much insomnia at times (now you get why the 24hour streams sometimes) I was a artist and a jock at school, which is a weird combo because on the one hand you are active involved and having fun... on the other hand you are considered a nerd and bullied by some of the other jocks (I was big I was tall but I never went looking for nor wanted fights) when I left school I gave up all sports for mostly drinking partying and art college, art college lasted about a year and I didnt move on I decided to take up music and partying even harder, I hit 30 and I've done nothing but look back since but I've always done it being reminscent of the past and the things I feel are missing in my life now. I have days where I find a weird spur of confidence and positivity and I jump online I stream I make things I enjoy myself, and other days I wake up and pretty much want to go back to bed after a few minutes. I've met fun and interesting people through gaming and streaming which has helped alot, I know the stigma is hardcore gamers don't socialize but I feel they do they just aren't physically face to face, but many likely would be given the chance. I feel that was enough sharing for... today lol.

You should keep these up dude, I always wanted to do similar but.. I don't like seeing myself on cam, my health hasnt been the greatest for a good while now and I feel like until I get back there, I probably won't find the confidence to do so. But I hope you are staying positive man and still sticking with the looking back when needed.

I have days like this around 6 to 7 days a week, noone ever thinks it but I think many of us do. But i'm always about when those days hit dude (I know this is old just sayin)
