i would advise you to watch more pro play. its not only entertaining but helps in raising in elo a lot. small decisions matter in lol unlike most dmg etc etc. take it from someone who went from bronze to emarald in 3 months. and no i don't have good hands but macro and game sense helps, pro play contribute a lot to it.

allow me to explain again the play at 18:17 caps on joey did see faker at 4:19 in game time he saw him hugging the wall and then he saw the golden sprakle of the flash. normally it would mean faker had flashed beyond the baron pit rockery into the fog of war out of vision of joey so joey followed him into the rockery and got vision. THAT was the trap. faker had actually flashed back into the bush on the river out of vision of the joey. and when he went out of the bush and was finally seen by joey he had already covered a big distance so joey flashed to chase him. this was not only such a good escape but he also took his opponents flash in his response leaving joey vulnerable to future ganks by his jungler and wasting his time on the chase as the mid wave builds up therefore wasting his opponents cs

i mean people are going to say this is why your stuck gold but like its not like you have played on a team or are high elo to really understand how crazy some of these plays are like base level I agree it lowkey looks easy but the more u look at what happens the more complex it gets (this is my opinion)

could only watch about 10 min of this, your lack of basic game knowledge makes it hard for you to appreciate what's actually happening big picture on a lot of these plays. Not really your fault just an experience thing.

0:54 - the reason why the flash mattered is because Renekton has an AOE on his ultimate that he would have eaten an extra tick of had he held flash, which would have killed him. Faker obviously isn't calculating the exact number, but he dies if he holds flash there.

17:05 it's his display of familiarity with the game, timing was perfect for the turret execute instead of a kill. This way, he only loses lane prio (which he eventually gained back) and the enemy team doesn't gain anything except time wasted by the jg. Oh also, the blast cone timing wasn't exactly lucky, in proplay it happens on a daily basis lol

thanks for explaining. in more detail. the tower execute time from last hit is around 13 secs. faker last got hit by vi at 9sec then he runs to execute at around 26. any earlier than that the kill would have gone to vi even if he had died at the tower. and vi would have gotten the kill gold and the enemy mid the assist. by escaping like this he wastes vi's time and they get exactly nothing and even have to base to get hp back. while faker executes, oner his jg takes care of his mid wave and push it to mid tower and he can tp back at basically no disadvantage. in low elo games this moves makes no difference but when u move higher this move could have opened the game and the enemy could have pushed out oner and taken mid tower and secured vision.
