This is one of my favorite floor plans (and rockwood does it the best!), but i wish they would have done a refresh on this interior. Make it more modern with a better color choice.

Does anyone know what the frame on this is? Is it wood or aluminum? And whether the siding and roof are single piece/weather resistant?

Hi Aria! It is sitting on a Norco BAL Chassis, It is Aluminum, and yes the siding and roof is waterproof.

@@rvroadway thanks so much! I’m looking for a most of the time RV to make as self sustaining as possible, but I worry about decay with wood frames. The killer thing for me is the tub! It looks amazing, the price is good, and I think it will be great for modifications. I’m thinking a wood stove, composting toilet, rain catch and water recirculation system, and attempt to go fully solar. I think I can do it for less than 50k, and this looks to be the best base I can find. Do you think it will last a good long time?

First video of the 2025! Nice overview. We just took delivery of our 2025 Shamrock 233S (same trailer) and absolutely love it. Added a second AC from the factory. The interior space is incredible. Someone needs to snatch this one up!

Good Morning and thank you for your comment. It is going to have to be a stackable washer dryer combo, I believe it is a "one size fits all" type of deal.

If they made a more premium version of this i would be in love. This is a great start but it needs refinement. Slightly larger model with a slide in the living space for an l shaped sectional. If they brought the ibex colorway in. Insignia stove. What we need is this type of floorplan with destination trailer level execution in modern rustic colors. I love that companies are making things like this though. Lofts and porches are everything. Full time living solutions are always a win. This is a great start, but there's no reason there can't be a luxury model in the future.
